The Video Measuring Systems are accurate and efficient non-contact optical measuring tools. They consist of various components including a color CCD Camera & adapter, zoom lens, linear encoder, high-precision worktable, electronic motor, PC, and monitor.
The 2D Measuring software is able to control the brightness of 8 areas light source. Word, Excel report output immediately, dxf drawing input quickly. It improves the operator’s working effectively and reduce the enterprise’s cost of human resource obviously.
It is mainly applied in 2D measurement field, such as: PCB, mobile phone fittings, linker, machine fitting, precision fixture, and it can measure height in video solution too.

Products
The Easson video measuring instrument is entirely developed and manufactured in-house. All essential components of the image measuring instrument, including the grating linear encoder, lens, motion control system, and measurement software, are developed and produced independently by our company.
VMM uses high-precision marble as the bracket of the machine body, coupled with a high-precision table. The XYZ axis is equipped with an optical linear scale measurement system with a resolution of 0.5 micron. The XYZ axis has a measurement accuracy of (3 + L / 200) μm.
2D / 3D Multiple Measurement
Easson three series of vision measuring machines can cooperate with the UK Renishaw high-precision touch probe for 2D / 3D multiple measurement. The 3D measurement of the probe can be mixed with the 2D measurement of the imaging system. The same coordinate system is used for 2D / 3D measurement in perfect and easy combination.

A. There are three main points:
1. High Precision: The Easson VMM Linear Encoder employs the AS series Absolute Linear Scale, achieving an accuracy of ± 2μm over the total length, with zero backlash and significantly reduced linear errors, ensuring enhanced measurement accuracy.
2. High Resolution Reading Position Data: AS-80 series Absolute Linear Scale can use CPE-bus Serial Comunication connector, with 0.01 μm resolution scale to read the position data at high magnification ( image pixel size less than 1 μm ), can greatly improve the measuring accuracy to the theoretical limit of 1 pixel.
3. Convenience: Operater can be very easy to operate finding the origin reference point, just simple move the position about 20 mm, and VMM machine coordinate always the same place.
