GS65 High Accuracy Reflective Open Grating Scale
The GS64 is tailored for use in high-speed and high-precision metrology tools, including high-speed PCB drilling machines and linear motors. It employs a distinctive non-contact Phased Array reflective open grating measuring system to provide accurate, backlash-free position measurements.
