Linear encoder are used in various machines with digital readout System, which is often used to detect the coordinate of the tool and the workpiece. Also used in the closed-loop servo system in CNC machine tools, and can be used as a linear or angular displacement.
Working Principle
Taking a transmission grating as an example, when a small angle θ is formed between the line pattern on the indicator grating and the line pattern on the scale grating, and the two grating scale facets are placed relatively parallel, under the illumination of the light source, they are located almost perpendicular On the grid pattern, light and dark stripes are formed. This kind of fringe is called "moiré fringe"

1. Q: What's your factory mainly produce?
A: We are mainly produce CNC Video Measuring Machine, Optical Profile Projector, Digital Readouts(DRO), Linear encoder grating ruler, CNC linear encoder.
2. Q: Did the travel length of GS90 series has over 1000mm long?
A: Normally, GS90 travel length is available from the length 50 to 500mm, we don't suggest using this model for long dimension measuring due to its thin scale body structure(Insufficient rigidity).
3. Q: How can I identify Easson GS10, GS30 , GS90 , VS10 and VS20 model?
A: We have the product code label on the scale body, also each model deimension is different. For their structure, GS series using a five bearing design and one spring for Optical grating linear scale's carrier;However for VS series, it is totally different with GS because it has 6 spring push & pull structure, more accuracy than GS scale.
4. Q: How long can you produce for the linear encoder ?
A: Maximum is 3000mm.
5. Q: How can I check Easson linear encoder scale accuracy report?
A: User can use the mobile phone which has scanning QR code function(eg. Wechat, browser etc.) to scan the linear scale QR code.
