F3 high precision closed loop auto zoom coaxial lens
Integrated with the high precision, high-resolution ring scale created by Easson's F3 lens and featuring full closed-loop position feedback, this system eliminates image repetition errors caused by gaps in gear transmission. This enhancement significantly improves the overall measurement repeatability.
The three Axis of SPARTAN series adopt the AC servo motor system, recognized by the industry as one of the most reliable system, to make sure high speed and reliable measuring.
21 Orders Volumetric Compensation
Easson Vision Measurement Machine incorporates the AR series Network control System, which features 21 orders of volumetric compensation. This system is equipped with an ultra-high-speed linear encoder for reading and a built-in EAD (absolute code decoder), enabling the use of the AS-80 high precision absolute scale. This configuration ensures highly accurate and high-resolution measurements.
2D / 3D Multiple Measurement
Easson three series of vision measuring machines can cooperate with the UK Renishaw high-precision touch probe for 2D / 3D multiple measurement. The 3D measurement of the probe can be mixed with the 2D measurement of the imaging system. The same coordinate system is used for 2D / 3D measurement in perfect and easy combination.
