Working Principle
When putting a workpiece on the work table, its image is captured and exported to the computer through transmission or reflecting lighting of the device, then by using software functions like video, measuring together with work table translating, coordinate collecting, user can take measurements like ponit, line, surface to the workpiece.
F3 high precision closed loop auto zoom lens
Using Easson's high-precision, high-resolution ring scale, developed in conjunction with the F3 lens and featuring full closed-loop position feedback, the system effectively eliminates the image repetition errors typically caused by gear transmission gaps. This enhancement significantly improves the overall measurement repeatability.

21 Orders Volumetric Compensation
The Easson Vision Measurement Machine, when integrated with the AR series Network Control System, includes advanced features such as 21-order volumetric compensation. It also incorporates ultra-high-speed linear encoder reading capabilities and a built-in EAD (absolute scale decoder). This setup enables the AR series system to utilize the AS-80 high-precision absolute scale, ensuring measurements are both highly accurate and highly resolved.

2D / 3D Multiple Measurement
Easson three series of vision measuring machines can cooperate with the UK Renishaw high-precision touch probe for 2D / 3D multiple measurement. The 3D measurement of the probe can be mixed with the 2D measurement of the imaging system. The same coordinate system is used for 2D / 3D measurement in perfect and easy combination.
