Image Capture Camera System: Easson VMM uses a high-resolution digital Ethernat Industrial camera to capture images of the object placed on its measurement stage. Camera is typically mounted on a movable bridge(SP6050, SP5040) or a fixed point on the Z axis.
Lighting: Proper illumination is crucial for capturing clear images. VMMs employ various lighting techniques, such as coaxial, backlight, or ring light, to enhance the visibility of edges, surface details, and other critical features of the object.
