Product Introduction


Machine Features:

  1. use high-resolution cameras that capture detailed images, enabling precise measurement of small and intricate features on parts.

  2. Advanced Lighting System, coaxial, contour, sub-stage, and multi-angle lighting, are used to highlight various features and edges on the objects being measured, ensuring clarity and reducing shadows and reflections.

  3. VMMs can be equipped with multiple sensors, including touch probes and laser scanners, allowing for both optical and tactile measurements depending on the surface characteristics and the required precision.

  4. Easson 2D software is capable of complex image processing, including edge detection, pattern recognition, and feature extraction, facilitating automated and highly accurate measurements. 
 
  1. Software often allows direct comparison of measurement data with CAD models, supporting both 2D and 3D CAD formats, which is crucial for quality assurance in manufacturing.

The features in the VMM control system of AR- 3 are as follows:

  1.  Special purpose-built processor (ASP) to significantly reduce the number of electronic circuits and parts to improve reliability.
  2.  Single circuit board structure, in order to greatly reduce the number of wiring to improve reliability.
