Usage
The SPARTAN series Vision Measurement System is widely used in machinery, electronics, aerospace, automotive, military, mould, and other industries for precision measurement.
Drawing and measuring commands:
- Point drawing: Draw a point and record its coordinate.
- Points group: Press space key to input at least three points, click right mouse key to end, these points will be made a points group.
- Line drawing: Input two points and click right mouse button to end to get a line. Input at least three points and click right mouse button to end to get a regression line.
- Circle drawing: Input at least three points and click right mouse key to end to get a circle. parameters like circle centre, radius, roundness proportion will be acquired also.(in data-tree).
- Arc drawing: Input at least three points, the first point as the start point, the second point to determine arc direction and the last point as the end point. Click right mouse key to end points input to get the arc, program will calculate parameters like centre,redius,length,inclination of the arc.
- B-spline drawing: Input at least three points (better input more points to get an more accurate spline).
- Rectangle: Input five points to determine a rectangle, two points for the first side, then input the rest three points in the clockwise direction or anti-clock wise direction,(one point in each side), program will calculate rectangle's parameter like centre point automatically.
- Polygon: This icon is pressed, then user can input points and end with right click mouse. After points inputting finished, a polygon zone will appear automatically and it's area and circumference will be worked out.
- Ellipse: Input at least five points to get a ellipse, and get the centre of the circle, long radius, short radius, area, perimeter and so on.
- Auto-catch edge point(s): When this button is pressed down, program will find the strongest black-white contrast point in image zone and make it as the input point, otherwise (the button is not pressed down), program will take the mouse key click position as the input point.
- Auto-point measurement: when the button is pressed down, input a line by dragging the mouse, double left mouse click after adjustment, the program will catch the strongest black-white contrast point on the line along the arrow direction.
- Auto-line measurement: Input a rectangle by a mean of dragging the mouse, adjust the size and position of rectangle and then right click, the program will regress most suitable line automatically in rectangle box.
- Auto-circle measurement: create two concentric circles by dragging mouse, and right mouse click after adjusting the two circles size, then the program will automatically regress another concentric circle in the annulus area between the two concentric circles, and the arrow expresses the way of regressing, from inside to outside or from outside to inside.
- Auto-arc measurement: concentric circle is changed into concentric arc. Box select points group: Use left mouse key to box select a field in the image zone, program will get all the edge points inside the field and display them in points group style automatically.
- Auto-line recognise: Use the mouse point to the edge, program will automatic form a rectangle, after click the left key to be possible again adjust the rectangle's size and position, finally click the right mouse key, program will automatic find the best fit line inside the rectangle. Arrowhead is used to indicate the direction of the seeking edge.
AR Series Control System
- Adopt a single circuit board structure in order to greatly reduce the number of wiring to improve reliability.
- Adopt a special purpose built processor (ASP) to significantly reduce the number of electronic circuits and parts to improve reliability.
- Ultra high speed grating scale reading circuit and built-in EAD (absolute code decoder) allow AR series to use AS-80 high precision absolute scale, providing high precision, high resolution measurement.
- High speed, energy saving, high precision fully closed-loop AC servo control can provide positioning accuracy of up to 1um,
in order to minimize the possible factors affecting measurement repeatability.
- Comprehensive 21 kinds of high precision geometric stereo space error compensation, providing the highest precision image and probe measurement.

Characterisitics
a). Three axes of the Absolute Linear Scale with a resolution of up to 0.01 μm are independent researched and developed by Easson.
b). F3 high precision closed loop auto zoom coaxial light lens.
c). The special designed motion controller of Vision measuring machine using Ethernet transmission, which is efficient and reliable system, can solve the disadvantage of unstable USB transmission.
d). High-resolution SONY CMOS sensor of image processor to ensure the image is clear and without smearing.
e). The up light source using eight areas partitioned independent control lighting system, and the light-emitting element using low-attenuation LED to extend working life.
f). Independently developed multi-function 2D and 3D measurement software, the measurement results can be output to DXF, Word, Excel, PDF and other formats.
F3 high precision closed loop auto zoom coaxial lens
Features:
- 3 million pixels high-resolution lens
- Fully closed-loop servo control, which removes the gap caused by gear transmission, significantly enhancing the machine's repeatability.
- Utilizes a high precision and resolution ring-shaped grating ruler, uniquely developed and designed by our company for the F3 Lens, providing complete closed-loop position feedback.
- The F3 lens includes a coaxial light source to address the issue of inadequate lighting when measuring deep holes.
- Fully closed-loop servo position feedback allows for completely automatic focusing.
21 Orders Volumetric Compensation
The Easson Vision Measurement System is equipped with the AR series Network control System, which includes 21 orders of volumetric compensation. It features ultra-fast linear scale reading and an integrated EAD (absolute scale decoder), enabling the use of the AS-80 high-precision absolute scale. This setup offers high accuracy and high-resolution measurements.
